Singapore, December 31, 2025 – Axcynsis Therapeutics announces that Dr. Thomas Keller, will retire from the Board of Directors and that Dr. David Wang Xu Kun has been appointed to succeed him, effective December 24, 2025. Axcynsis is grateful for Dr. Keller’s long-standing contributions to the company’s scientific strategy and governance, and looks forward to Dr. Wang’s strategic and operational experience supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
Dr. David Wang brings more than 20 years of biomedical R&D, operations, and business development experience, currently serving as Partner at Trinity Innovation Fund and Trinity Innovation BioVenture Singapore. His background spans start-up drug discovery and vaccine development, leadership roles in scientific operations and alliance management at multinational biopharma, and responsibilities for business development and transactions across the Asia Pacific region.
